Frankfort, November 12, 1872
I, William Flynn, of the city of Frankfort, state of Kentucky.  Now of sound mind do this day make this my last will and testament.
First:  That all my lawful debts are to be paid by my two sons, James and William T. Flynn and that these my two sons, James and William T. Flynn shall have the whole of my real

estate comprised in a certain house and lot 70 feet and 131 feet deep in back on St. Clair Street that said property shall be divided equally between them.  Share and Share alike.

A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of William Flynn, decd., late of this county was produced in court and proved by the oath of J. Allen Grant, a subscribing witness

thereto, who also proved the attestation of Richard Sharp, the other subscribing witness.  Whereupon it was ordered that said will be recorded.
