I devise to my wife Rebecca Triplett, one third of my Estate real, personal and mixed in fee simple.  The remainder of my Estate to be equally divided among my children.  My
children, my executrix Rebecca Triplett and my executor Harrison Blanton is authorized to sell all or any part of my Estate and invest it again at pleasure.  My debts are ample
to meet all claims against me.  I wish no inventory of my Estate taken or security from my executrix or executor.

A will purporting to be the last will and testament of Thomas Triplett, decd. was produced in court and proven by oath of Alexander H. Rennick and Jacob Swigert to be written wholly
in the handwritting of said Triplett.  It is ordered that the same be recorded, which is done accordingly.
