March 5, 1896 Know all men that I, T. N. Sullivan of the county of Franklin, state of Kentucky make the following writing my last will and testament. First, that all my just and legal debts be paid as they fall due. I make my wife Nancy Sullivan my Executrix and do not require of her any bond of security. Second, It is my will that my wife Nancy Sullivan shall have my entire property real personal or otherwise during her natural life, at her death it is my will that my eight children; Medra, George, James M., Claudie, H. H., J. J., C.D., and L. L. Sullivan or their heirs shall have all my entire property to share and share alike should either or both of my grandchildren die without having arrived at the age of 21 years and not having married and leaving a living child their portion and part of my estate be divided between the other living heirs. It is my wish that my wife Nancy Sullivan continue to keep house and run the farm as she think best giving shelter to any or all of my children and have done so long as they obey her doing as she may require of them. The foregoing writing is my last will and testament. Witness my hand this 5th day of May 1876. T. N. Sullivan
