I, Tibithy Ann Metz, wife of Moses B. Metz of the county of Franklin and state of Kentucky.  I certify to all persons that I have this day willed and bequeathed to my mother

(Frances Breeden, wife of J. G. Breeden of Franklin County and state of Kentucky) one brown filly, five years old.  I give to her, said filly and all her increases to hold and to
keep or sell or to transfer to any other if it be her will, but if said filly and increase should be transferred to any other person against her (mothers) will she is to be transferred
back to her as her property to hold until dispose of only at her will. Witnessed and signed by my hand this the 29th day of Jan. 1880.

A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Tibithy Ann Metz was produced in Court and proven by the oath of L. Y. Brock as subscribing witness thereto, who also

proved the attestation of C. S. Hampton the other witness thereto whereupon it was ordered that said will be recorded, which is done.
