I, Thomas Brewer, Sr. of the County of Franklin and State of Kentucky being of sound mind, but in frail heatlh do hereby make this my last will. I hereby give devise and bequeath to unto my death beloved wife S. A. Brewer all the real and personal property I shall possess at my death. After my wife death if she shall survive me it is my will that Henry Brewer or his heirs, Richard Brewer or his heirs, Enoch Brewer or his heirs and Clempson Brewer or his heirs shall equally possess all my real and personal estate provided the above named Henry Brewer, or his heirs, Richard Brewer or his heirs, Enoch Brewer or his heirs, Clempson Brewer or his heirs shall equally pay seven hundred dollars which I now owe to different persons. I hereby bequeath unto my son Riley Brewer or his heirs the sum of five dollars ,to my my daughter Francis Polsgrove or her heirs the sum of five dollars, to my son Lorence Brewer or his heirs the sum of five dollars, to my daughter Sally Harrod or her heirs the sum of five dollars, to my son Thomas Brewer, Jr., or his heirs the sum of five dollars, to my son James Brewer or his heirs the sum of five dollars to be paid by my administrator provided I shall survive my wife, if not then it is my will that this five dollars to each of those heirs mentioned shall not be paid until after my wife death. Then all the property that shall come into the hands of the siad Henry Brewer or his heirs or Richard Brewer or his heirs or Enoch Brewer of his heirs or Clempson Brewer or his heirs shall be subject by law to each of the heirs mentioned if not paid within one year after my death or the death of my wife. It is my will if she survives me to hold all the real and personal property which I may posses during her lifetime, then at her death it is my will that all the estate both real and personal shall be equally divided among the four heirs first mentioned in this will by them or their administrator paying to the six heirs mentioned the sum of five dollars each. I hereby appoint Henry Brewer, Richard Brewer, Enoch Brewer and Clempson Brewer executors of this my last will and said executors are to act without bond. In witness whereof I have signed and sealed and declared this instrument as my last will this February 22nd, 1892 Thomas Brewer, Sr.
The
said Thomas Brewer at Polsgrove, KY signed and sealed this instrument and
declared the same as and for his last will and we at his request and in his
presence and

County Court, Monday June 6th, 1892
