In the name of God Amen,
I Sidney B. Triplett of the County of Franklin and State of Kentucky being sound in mind but bodily afflicted knowing my times on earth is short do make this my last will

and testament in manners and form as follows namely:
1st. I will my soil to God, who gave it, and my body to the earth from whence it came.
2nd. I direct my executor hereinafter named to pay all out of effects all of my just debts and funeral expenses.
3rd. I direct my executor to sell all of the property I may have at my death both personal and real at such times and on such terms as he may think best for the benefit of

my estate.
4th. My executor is to have the entire countsole of my estate for the benefit of my dear wife, Mary L Triplett, he being the judge of what is best for her so as not to squander

my estate.
5th.  At the death of my dear wife, I direct my executor to divide whatever of my estate remaining in his hands equally among my children or their representatives.
6th. I nominate and appoint B. Triplett my executor, without bond this July 1890.

This day came B. Triplett and offered for probate a writing purporting to be the last will and testament of S. B. Triplett, deceased, dated the 17th day of July 1890, which was proved

buy the oath of J. A. Carter one of the subscribing witnesses thereto who also proved the attestation of J. B. Risk the other subscribing witness, where upon the said writing was
admitted to probate and ordered to be recorded as such for the last will and testament of said decedent, S. B. Triplett, which is now done.
