I Susannah Penn, Frankfort, Kentucky, make this my last will and testament.
First, I hereby authorize and empower my executor hereafter named to sell all my estate of every kins and after the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses, I direct

said executor to pay for the lot purchased for me in the Frankfort Cemetery and to enclose the same and erect over my grave such a tombstone as they may think most suitable.
Second, Out of the proceeds of said estate I devise to my cousin Mary Ann Roberts, now living with me the sum of four hundred dollars.
Third, I devise all the balance of my estate or the proceeds there of to my brother James Robinson and to the children of my brother, William Robinson, now deceased, said James

and the said children of William to be equal devices thereof. The portion of my estate herein devised to my brother James is intended for the his use and benefit during his life only
and upon his death without lawful children the portion herein devised him shall go to the children of brother Francis and William, the children of each to have equal portions.  I
hereby appoint my brother, James Robinson and my friend William Scott executors of this my last will and testament hereby investing them with all the power and authority
necessary to carry into effect all it provisions.  In witness wherein I have hereunto set my hand the 2nd of February 1856.
