In the name of God amen, I Robert Oneal of the County of Franklin and State of Kentucky being of sound mind and disposing memory and in consideration of the uncertainty of
life and knowing that it is appointed unto men once to die do hereby make ordain and establish this as my last will and testament, in the following manner, towit;

First, my desire is that my body should be decently buried my funeral expense and all just debts should be paid and that the residue of my estate do remain in the hands of my
Lawful wife, Jemima O'Neal and that the same do continue and remain in her possession to the end that she may enjoy and happiness for and during her life if she should so long
remain my widow, but my desire is that if she should Marry then and in that case my two negroes Edmund and Georgiana should go immediately free and that two thirds of my
other property should be equally divided between my said two slaves Edmund and Georgiana with the exception of the sum hereafter reserved to my executor, but if either of
my said Slaves should die then and in that case the portion of  my estate to which the one so dieing was entitled shall belong to the one surviving, But  be it further understood
that upon the death of my wife the slaves as above named shall be free and shall have hold and enjoy my property as herein before described with the exception to my executor
as is herein before provided for but in the event that my two Slaves should die then and in that case at the death of my wife my property shall be distributed in the form and
manner following, that is to say, one third to the children of my sister Agnes Smith, and One third to the brother and sister of my wife Jemima and the remaining one third to
Cyrus Wingate and be it further known that I do hereby appoint my friend Cyrus Wingate as my executor to see that my last will and testament shall be faithfully executed and I
do hereby enjoin it on him to see that strict Justice is done between my before mentioned Slaves and to do and perform all things herein required in good faith and for so doing
I hereby will and bequeath unto him the sum of two hundred dollars.  In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 21st day of July 1825.

witnesses thereto and the same is ordered to be recorded.
