I, Reuben S. Gale of the town of Frankfort, being now dangerously ill do make this my last will and testament. First, I direct that all my debts be paid. Secondly, that the remainder of my property both real and personal be held or disposed of by my executor for the support of my wife and for the education and support of my children. Thirdly, I appoint Harrison Blanton, executor of this my last will with full power to convey any real estate which I may have a legal or equitable claim to as one of the heirs of James Gale and to do all and any act which he may deem correct to close and adjust all my accounts and transactions. Given under my hand and seal this 17th September 1828. R. S. Gale
