In the name of God amen, I Mary Farmer of Franklin County, Kentucky knowing the uncertainty of life and being now of sound mind and disposing memory do make this my last will and
testament in manner following to wit:
1st. I will to each of my two daughters, Susan Mary Rogers and Anna Farmer a horse worth one hundred dollars.  I will to my son Harry and my daughter Anna each a bed and furniture.
I will to Mary Frances Farmer, wife of Benjamin F. Farmer and her children by said Farmer one fourth part of the balance of my estate in trust of Philip Saunders for their use and benefit.
I give my daughter Susan Mary Rogers wife of S. N. Rogers one fourth part of the balance of my estate.  I give my son Harry Farmer one fourth part of the balance of my estate.  I five my
daughter Anna Farmer one fourth part of the balance of my estate.  The four shares last named are intended to be equal.
I appoint S. N. Rogers my executor to this my last will and testament and give him power to sell all my estate both real and personal at his discretion in the space of eighteen months
from my decease. In witness whereof I hereto subscribe my name this 4th day of July 1866.

A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Mary Farmer, deceased was produced in Court and proven by the oath of Peter Jett and J. F. Rodgers the subscribing witnesses
thereto and ordered to be recorded.  Whereupon the said will is truly recorded in my office.
