I, Julia A. Wise, of the County of Franklin and State of Ky the 21st of March 1873, do protest and object to the will of my husband, Wm. Wise, dec'd, wherein the said
will touches my right as to my portion of the personal estate of said decedent.  I claim no portion of said estate no further than the law gives me to dispose of as my
see proper. Given under may hand the date and year above written.

An instrument of writing over the signature of Julia Ann Wise, widow of William Wise, decd. relinquishing what is given her in the will of said decedent was filed and
