In the name of God Amen, I Jeremiah Hall of Franklin County and State of Kentucky being weak in body but of sound disposing memory do make and ordain
this my last will & testament hereby revoking all wills heretofore made by me.  I give unto my beloved wife Polly P. Hall during her natural life or widowhood
all my property both real and personal and at her death or intermarriage the land to be rented out, and the negroes to be hired and the proceeds arising therefrom
to be equally appropriated to the Education and maintainance of my unmarried children and when my youngest child arrives at the age of twenty years of age my
wish and desire it is that all my property be equally divided amongst all my children viz; Emily D. B. Nolan, Thomas J. Hall, Sarah Ann Hall, Mary Porter Hall,
Lucinda H. Hall, William C. Hall and John A.W. Hall and last I appoint my  friend William S. Waller, Executor to this my last will and testament, as witness my
hand and seal this seventeenth day of April 1825.

Schedule when my youngest child arrives at the age of twenty one years it is my request and desire that my daughter, Emily D. B. Nolan and her surviving
children shall be entitled to one equal moiety of all my estate both real and personal.  Witness my hand and seal  this 18th day of April 1825.

Franklin County May Court 1825
The last will and testament of Jeremiah Hall, decd. was produced in Court, and was proven by the Oaths of Nicholas Samuel and Willis Blanton two subscribing
witnesses thereto and the codicil thereto was proven by the Oaths of Willis Blanton and Thomas Hall two subscribing witnesses thereto which is ordered to be
recorded.
