I, Jesse P. Conway of the County of Franklin and state of Kentucky do make as my last will and testament. 1 st. I wish all my just debts paid 2 nd. I wish and will that all my property, both real and personal divided among my heirs as follows; my grandson, James H. Williams, son of Isaac Williams son to have the share that would have come to his mother, if she were living, Marion Williams, my grandson and son of Minus Williams is to have the share that would have come to his mother if she were living. 3 rd. Frank Conway to have one share. Johnson Conway to have one share, Lethia Williams one share, Alexander Conway one share, Llewellyn Conway one share, James P. Conway one share, Thompson Conway one share. 4 th. I give and bequeath to Melisa Conway, wife of my son J. P. Conway, the sum of one hundred dollars in consideration of his services to me to be taken from my estate before the divisions are made as heretofore set forth. 5 th. I wish that some of my children would purchase my house place if a satisfactory arrangement can be made, convey thence to that end and if not, the property be sold to the highest bidder. 6 th. I appoint and request that my friend, Reuben Brown shall act as my executor and I hereby appoint him as such. 7 th. My daughter, Leatha Williams hold a note given to Rodgers and Johnson and given by my son, Alexander Conway and myself surety for $123.00. I wish my executor to take up said note and charge same to my son, Alexander Conway in the distribution of my estate, but if Alexander should pay said note before my death thence no charge to be made. Given under my hand this 3rd day of January 1882.
