As I expect to go to Virginia, I make this will that if I should die single that father my debts are paid the balance of my estate to be sold by my father and equally divided between

my brothers and sisters as they my need it. Witness my hand this 8th day of July 1829.

A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of John P. Buck, deceased was this day produced in Court and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court by the Testimony of the

Alexander W. Macklin, William S. Johnson and Charles Buck that the said will and signature is wholly in the hand writing of said decedent and thereupon the same is ordered to be recorded.
