In the name of God, Amen. I, Isaac Morgan of Franklin Co., Kentucky do make this my last will and testament in manner following, viz:
1st. -  After my death I devise all my just debts to be paid and funeral expenses.
2nd. -  Should my beloved wife Ellen be the survivor of myself, my wish is that my whole estate real, personal and mixed remain during her life for her sole benefit and subject to her

undivided control, and after her death, should she survive me and if whether at my death.
3rd. -  I devise that the whole of my estate real, personal and mixed be divided to my grandchild , Fleta Morehead and an adopted child, George P.___? the whole of my estate as

above named.  The ___ ___ aforesaid children, when they each arrive at the age of 21 years by my executor herein after named, whom I also appoint as trustee for said purpose.
The bequeath herein made to George Pyron? is upon the following terms & conditions and none other .  That he continue with me during my life and with my beloved wife after my
death, should she survive me and look after our ___ long as either of us lives, but if he fails to comply with the foregoing requirements, then I devise after the death of myself & wife
that all my estate of ____ ____ be held by my executor as trustee for the benefit of my grandchild above named during her ____ and when she shall arrive at full age then I wish the
exclusive sale benefit in.  And I hereby appoint my friend Morgan B. Chinn trustee and executor of this my last will and testament hereby revolking all others written by me.  Made
as in testimony of which I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 14th day of September 1848.

I do hereby affix this as a codicil to my last will and testament hereby advanced in aged being sound in mind and body do bequeath unto the ____ heirs of Elizabeth M. Morehead,

daughter of Isaac Morgan one half of my property whether personal, or real after the death of my wife Hester Morgan and in case of the death of E. M. Morehead and her heirs then
the property to ____ the heirs of my sister Hannah Stokes of Warren County and state of Ohio.

A writing purporting to be the last will and testament and codicil made of Isaac Morgan, dec'd, was produced in court and the codicil  was proven by the oaths of Wm. E. Ball and

George C. Hucker the subscribing witnesses.

The last will and testament of Isaac Morgan, dec'd was this day proven by the oaths of A. P. Grover and Wm. Teal, the subscribing witnesses  thereto, which will is ordered to be

recorded and the said will and codicil is hereby recorded in my office.
