I, Henry Hockensmith of the County of Franklin and state of Kentucky do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following: towit: I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Margaret, all my household furniture and all the rest of my personal property, as long as she shall remain my widow, after paying all my just debts. I also give and bequeath to my beloved wife Margaret the farm and Mansion where I now live as long as she remains unmarried and my widow, but on her deceased or marriage all the estate, goods, and chatlesI wish to be sold and equally divided between my children. I do nominate and appoint my beloved wife Margaret to be sole Executrix of this my last will and testament. My wife may have a Public Sale and sell property enough to pay my debts or she can sell privately as she thinks best. In testimony whereof, I hereunto set my hand and seal December 13, 1872.
