In the name of God Amen, I, Hugh Cohorn of the county of Franklin and State of Kentucky being sound in mind, but weak in body make this my last will and testament.
After the payment of all my just debts, I bequeath to my beloved wife, Hannah Cohorn all my remains including, the farm whereon she now lives and all my stock and

household and kitchen furniture - so long as she remains my widow, but as soon as she may marry then she may ___? to her third of my property.
It is my desire that my son, Adam remain and live with his mother and be entitled to all over and above that which is necessary for a support for the family as a compensation

for his services. It is my wish that my son, John, Richard, Alexander and George and William Henry when them two arrives at the proper age be bound to some discrete and
moral man or men to learn some useful mechanical art and receive some education and moral instruction and that my son, Harrison be bound to a blacksmith trade on the same
terms of the others and if my wife Hannah Cohorn continues a widow until death, it is my desire that at her death all the property be equally divided among all my children. And
further, I hereby appoint William Dollars and my wife, Hannah Cohorn as executor and executrix to this my last will and testament and to ____? the law suit commenced for
possession of my Grandfathers land to original description. Given under my hand this 9th day of April 1850.

A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Hugh Cohorn, decd.. was this day produced in Court and was proven by the oaths of Sanford Tomlinson and David Trout,

subscribing witnesses thereto, ordered to be recorded.  Whereon the same is truly recorded in my office.
