In the name of God Amen, I Grace Pulliam of Franklin County and state of Kentucky being sick and weak, but of sound disposing memory, do make and ordain this to be my
last will and testament in manner and form following to wit:  I give my son, Zachariah O. Pulliam the tract of land, being a part of the farm on which I now live the same I purchased
of Elijah O. Pulliam and Elizabeth, his wife. Alanson M. Pulliam and Julia, his wife, Catharine Pulliam and Joseph Richard Pulliam, by his guardian Alanson M. Pulliam and
Milton O. Pulliam, heirs and representations of Zachariah Pulliam, deceased, which deed of record in the Franklin  County Court office.  I also give unto my son Zachariah O. Pulliam
the tract of land adjoining the farm on which I now reside containing about five acres on the south side of the old Lexington road, the same deeded to me by Lewis R. Major.  I also
give unto my son Zachariah O. Pulliam a negro girl named Anaka, four bedsteads, twelve fancy chairs belonging to the big room, the carpet in the big room, five looking glasses,
two glass lamps, two candle sticks, two preserve stands, two pitchers, on dozen glass tumblers, three snow ball goblets, two table cloths, four mackanaw blankets, on gray mare
called ___?, one bay horse colt, called Tippecanoe together with all my stock of cattle, hogs and sheep to him and his heirs forever.  I give unto my son Edward Pulliam five dollars
to him and his heirs forever and I do hereby appoint my son Zachariah O. Pulliam executor of this my last will and testament.  In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 31st day of January 1844.

A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Grace Pulliam, deceased was produced in Court and was proven by the oath of Edmund Vaughan and Anderson Taylor
two of the subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded. Whereupon the said will is hereby recorded in  my office.
