In the name of God Amen, I, Ebzy T. Parrent residence near Bridgeport, Kentucky being of sound mind and memory do hereby make publish and declare this to

be my last will and testament.
First, I order and direct my Executor as soon after my decease as practicable to pay off and discharge all the debts dues and liabilities.
S econd, I desire my funeral expenses shall be paid.
Third, I desire that the residue of my entire estate shall be equally divided between the children of my sister, Eliza Jenkins and the children of my brother, William

T. Parrent and the children of my brother, P. F. Parrent there is now sixteen of their children living and I want to be perfectly understood that my desire is that my
estate is to be equally divided between those sixteen children as though they were my own children if I have sixteen hundred dollars left, I want each child to have
one hundred dollars or in that proportion.
Fourth, I hereby nominate and appoint John W. Jenkins, William H. Parrent as my Executors giving them full power to sell and convey any personal or real estate

I may own at the time of my deceased.  In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this first day of February 1889.

The above foregoing statement was at the date there of signed sealed published and declared by the said Ebzy T. Parrent and as for his last will and testament in
presence of us, who, at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.

A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of E. T. Parrent, decd. was produced to court and proven by the oath of John W. Jackson and Jacob Williams the

subscribing witnesses thereto. Whereupon it was ordered that said will be recorded, which is the done.
