In the name of God Amen, I, Eliza Graves Norman being of sound mind and disposing memory, but feeble in health do hereby make this my last will and testament revoking all others. (1) It is my will that my son, George Graves, who has been a bad boy and cost me considerable money shall have only one dollar. (2) It is further my will that all of the balance of my property real personal and mixed shall go to my daughter, Jennie Graves. (3) I devise my husband, Bart Norman, shall be appointed my Executor and in case he shall fail to qualify then to Stephen Black to be appointed Executor to carry out the provisions of this will. I devise to __ upon my Executor the power to sell or mortgage so much of the vacant lott to the north of my residence as will be necessary to pay off the debt, which I owe to Robert Williams of about seventy five dollars, balance due for purchased money on my place. Given under my hand this 8th day of March 1895. Eliza Graves Norman
