I, Elizabeth W. Miles, being of sound mind, make the following will disposing of what property I now posses, except the lifetime estate I own in a house and some land near
Millville, Woodford County, Ky, my property excepting said house consisting entirely of money: I give to my daughter Adelia Smith one hundred dollars, to my daughter, Mary
Hannah Maxwell one hundred dollars. I direct that one hundred dollars of the money I have be invested in a watch and chain and the same presented to my granddaughter,
Zelma Miles. I direct that one hundred dollars be invested in a watch and chain to be given to my granddaughter Iva N. Miles, when she arrives at the age of eighteen years
as to Iva N. Miles.  I also give to my grandson, Samuel I. Miles one watch and chain of one hundred dollars in value to be purchased and delivered to him when he becomes
eighteen years of age.  I desire that fifty dollars be loaned to my son John E. Miles as six per cent per annum and kept by him until his now infant daughter, Mary K. Miles
arrives at the age of sixteen and then invested together with the interest that shall have accrued thereon in a watch and chain to be presented to said Mary K. Miles when
she becomes sixteen years old.  I give to my grandson Wm. H. Miles one hundred dollars, the remainder of my money ($150) I leave in the hands of my son John E. Miles
for the purpose of defraying my burial expenses.

A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Elizabeth W. Miles, decd.. was produced in Court and proven by the oath of Ruth Wright one of the subscribing witnesses
thereto who also proved the attestation of W. H. Julian the other subscribing witness.  Whereupon it was ordered that said will be recorded which is done.
