That is to say: First That all my surplus loose property to be sold and then all my just and lawful debts be paid and discharged, the residue of my estate, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Elizabeth Lea all my lands to her use so long as she shall remain my widow and during her natural life without marrying and then to be divided between my children equally. By request of Elijah Lea, his Executors are authorized to sell a portion of said land to meet the demands against him if necessary. Likewise, I make and constitute and appoint Wm. A.
