In the name of God amen, I, Elizabeth Graham of Franklin County state of Kentucky being weak of body, but of sound mind do this my last will and testament principally and first of all.
I resign my soul into the hands of god, who give it do being into the hand of a faithful creator in hopes of future happenings and as to the mortal estate wherewith it pleased God to bless
me with, after my funeral expenses is paid.
I give and bequeath to my three daughters, Elizabeth Burnell, Polly Hamilton and Jane Shaw all the money and notes due to me, also my books, my clothes and bed clothes to be equally
divided between them. I give and bequeath to Elizabeth Ann Burnell, one set of bedstead curtains.  I further give to my daughter Polly Hamilton, one small bed and one set of hand irons. I
further give to my daughter Jane Shaw, my bed. I give and bequeath to Elizabeth Hamilton, one bureau. Here I would lie understood, if the bed and bureau that I have here given are contained
in the inventory of Samuel Graham, decd. and are considered the personal property of said Graham and that reference is made to in a agreement by the heirs of said Graham. There I would
respect said agreement and wish said property to be divided agreeable there to.  If not, I wish it to go to the persons I wish it to go to the persons, I have given it. Given under my hand this
10th day of August Eighteen hundred and twenty seven.

ordered to be recorded.
