In the name of God Amen Know all men that I Charles Ross Lee, of the City of Frankfort, KY being of sound mind and disposing memory do make and publish this instrument of writing as my last will and testament as follows: I desire that all my just debts be paid as soon after my decease as possible. I give bequeath and devise to my beloved daughter, Carrie W. Lee all my estate real, personal and mixed and name her as executrix of this will and ask that the court require no security of her as such. I also request that she be not compelled to file and inventory of my estate nor make any settlement of her accounts as executrix. I ask this because my indebtedness is small and such as my said daughter will readily settle. Witness my hand this 24th day of February, A.D. 1891 Charles Ross Lee
