In the name of God Amen, I, Christopher Lee of the County of Franklin and State of Kentucky, being on the bed of affliction and being in full presents of mind this nineteenth day
of December Anno Domini 1852 making this my last will and testament. Witnesseth, that I do hereby will, give and bequeath unto my dear beloved wife, Nancy Lee, and all my
children Viz: Joseph R. Lee, William J. Lee, Lewis J. W. Lee, Martha Lee, Mary Lee all my real and personal estate.  My desire is that I want my wife, Nancy Lee, to have the full
control of all my property until all my children become of age, and to have the full use of its proceeds for the benefit of herself and children, but not to convey title, but th have and
hold it and its proceeds until all of my children become of age.  Then each and every one is to have an equal division of all my real and personal property and my outstanding debts.
 I also make these provisions - Providing that my dear beloved wife, Nancy Lee shall marry she is then no longer guardian for my children, but shall have her provisions according to
law.  And, if she remains my widow until her death my desire is that she shall have on half of all my real and person estate during her natural life.  Then at her death all my children
to have an equal portion of all my real and personal property.

State of Kentucky - Franklin County Court March Term 1852
A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Christopher Lee, deceased was produced to Court and proved by the oaths of Lot Duvall a subscribing witness to wit and it
was further proved by the oath of said Duvall that R. H. Dodson the other subscribing witness thence signed his name as a witness of said will in his presence and in the presence
of the testator.  It is ordered that said will be recorded, which is done accordingly.
