I Carolus Fetherston of the County of Franklin & State of Kentucky do hereby make my last will & Testament, in manner and form following this is to say,
1st I desire that my just debts (if any there should be against me) and funeral expenses to paid, by executor hereinafter to be named, and appointed immediately
after my decease,
2dly I give to my two daughters Elizabeth Russell & Sally Wilkinson Fifty cents each and to my sons Robert Fetherston, James S. Fetherston, William Fetherston,
Jeremiah Fetherston & Burrel Fetherston I give the sum of fifty cents each,
3dly I give to my son Charles Fetherston my Roan Riding Mare and saddle, one hundred dollars in money, which I loaned him not long since, and the one half of all
my house hold & kitchen furniture.
4thly I give to my son John Fetherston my Black horse, my Riding Gig and the other half of all of my house hold & kitchen furniture.
5thly I desire my executor hereinafter to be named as aforesaid, to sell my plantation in the state of Virginia for the best price it will command, and collect the rents
and profits of said farm of my son William Fetherston, of said State, who has been for some time my agent, together with certain sums of money which he my said
agent has collected for me and to my use, from other sources and divide the same equally between my two sons Charles Fetherston & John Fetherston, both the
proceeds of the sale of that land, the rents & profits of the plantation and the monies in the hands of my agent in said state of Virginia.
6thly all the rest of my estate whether real or personal of what nature or kind soever, it may be not herein before particularly disposed of I desire my be equally
divided between my two sons Charles Fetherston & John Fetherston.
And lastly, I do hereby constitute and appoint my son Charles Fetherston Executor of this my last will & Testament, hereby revolking all other or Former wills or
Testaments, by me made, heretofore.  In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand affixed my seal, this 30th day of March in the year Eighteen hundred & thirty.

the subscribing witnesses thereto, which is ordered to be recorded, and thereupon the same hath been duly admitted to record in my office.
