In the name of God Amen, I Henry Burchfield of the County of Franklin and State of Kentucky, being in sound mind and disposing memory do make known this my last will and testament. I will and bequeath to my wife Joanna Burchfield my farm and personal property of whatever kind during her natural life, without account. I desire her to give to the younger children that may remain with her the same rasing and presents, that I have given to the other children. I desire all my just debts to be paid, and at the death of my wife I desire that all my property left be sold and divided equally amongst all my children. I enjoin my son Innis Burchfield to remain with his mother and take care of her and the younger children. This 17th October 1875. Henry (his mark) Burchfield
