I, Abram Zook, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do hereby make and ordain this as my last wil and testament hereby revoking all other wills
by me made.
Item - I desire whatever just debts I may owe to be first paid.
Item - 2 After the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses it is my wish and I so will it that all that I am worth may be collected together and divided

into three equal parts and Sally Hall, my sister shall have one part, Polly Miller, my niece shall have another part and Em S. Pettit, my neice shall have the remainder.
3rd - I desire that my friend C. S. Morehead will act as Executor of this my will. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 9th of August 1854.

In the bequest above to my neice Em S. Pettit, I mean the daughter of my sister, Mrs. Duane Pettit, who is living with with John R. Graham.

Franklin County Court, December 8th, 1859
A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Abram Zook, decd. was produced in Court and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that W. N. Pettit

and C. R. Penn the subscribing witnesses to said will have departed this life and Charles S. Morehead being sworn stated that he did write said will of Abram Zook
at his instance that the siad Wm. B. Pettit and C. R. Penn were present at the time and signed their names as witensses in the presence of the Testator and in  
the presence of each other and that the said Testor delivered and acknowledged the same and the testator was in his proper mind and senses. Whereup it is ordered
that the said will be recorded, which is done accordingly.
