69 In the name of God amen, I Armstead White being of sound mind and disposing memory but in feeble health make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all others heretofore made. I will and bequeath to my two children, James Anderson White and Annie Gertrude White all of my property, both real and personal. It is my further will and desire that my said children remain together, that the house be rented out and the rent used for their support. I hereby appoint my friend as executor of this will and as guardian of my children in the event that should either of the said children die then the said property to go to the survivor, in the case both should die the property to go to my heirs surviving. The executor is to place the children with some aged person and the property this day willed to them is to be rented and the rental therefore is to and for the support and education of said children. Witness my hand this January 14, 1883. Armstead White
