I Ann Harris of the Town of Frankfort and State of Kentucky do hereby make my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say.
First - I desire that my negro Woman Maria and her youngest child together with all my House Hold and Kitchen furniture and all my other perishable estate be sold
immediately after my deceased.
Second - I give to my friend Henry Iceminger and his heirs forever my House and Lott in the town of Frankfort now occupied by Mr. John B. Falks as my tenant
together with all its appurtenances to include the Brick house in the Back yard of his tenement that I purchased of Doctor Macuney.
Third - It is my will and desire that my slaves Bob Becky Mary and Henry and the future increase of said Beck and Mary shall severaly be free where they the said Bob Becky
Mary and Henry shall severally arrive at the age of twenty five years and that they may be properly provided for until such age.
It is my will and desire that the said Henry Iceminger shall on my decease take into his possession the said slaves Bob Becky and Henry and carefully raise them until they
arrive at such age as aforesaid for his care & trouble it is my will that he have their services without further charge until they are severally entitled to their freedom as aforesaid.
It is my will that my cousin Aggy Johnson of Shelby County do inlike manner raise & take care of said slave Mary until she is entitled to her freedom by this m y will as
aforesaid.
Fourthy - All the rest of my estate not hereby particularly devised and disposed of both real and personal I give and bequeath to my sister Patsey Loving late widow of Randall
Loving of the county of Fuluvanna and State of Virginia if she be living to have & to hold during her natural life and at her death or should she not be living It is my will and desire
that all such my estate hereby bequeathed to her shall be equally divided among the children of my said sister and to their heirs forever.
And lastly I do constitute and appoint my trusty neighbors George Downing and Benjamin B. Johnson Executors of this my last will and testament.  In witness whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this ninth day of June 1830.

sealing and publishing of this will Signed sealed published and
declared as & of the last will and testament of the above named
Ann Harris in presence of us.

A writing purporting to be the last will & testament of Ann Harris decd. was produced in court & proven by the Oaths of Lewis Sanders Jr. and Richard W. Sebree the
Subscribing Witnesses thereto and thereupon the same is ordered to be recorded which is done accordingly in my office.
