Sallie (McKinney) Knowland death certificate

Sallie was married to George Knowland. Her sister was Betty (McKinney) McIntosh.  It list on here her father was Richard McKinney and mother Mary Elizabeth Garrett.  I have found them in the 1900 Estill County census.
