Lookout Mtn Flag

This is the one donated to the KY Historical Society by members of the Wilson family. This flag was stored in an Irvine bank vault and is believed to have been made by the Shillato company of Cincinnati, the same company that later founded the Shillato Department store chain. This probably is the flag that is in the famous Lookout Mt. photograph. Restoration costs are estimated between 8 and 12 thousand dollars.
