Miss Margaret Bradley, 86, died at ten o'clock Friday morning
at the home of her niece, Mrs. J.D. Ringo, 35 Franklin avenue,
after a lingering illness. Miss Bradley, a life-long member of
the Primitive Baptist Church and one of Winchester's oldest
residents, was the last living member of her immediate family.
She was born here May 22, 1853, a daughter of Samuel and
Elizabeth Adams Bradley.
Surviving are three nieces, Mrs, Samuel Cotrell, Gulfport,
Miss.; Mrs. S.C. Johnson, Normal, Ill., and Mrs. Rinngo; four
nephews, Rev. Sam. J. Bradley, Mt. Sterling; D.B. Bradley,
Pitney, Ky.; Sam F. King, Winchester, and Miller Bradley, Clark
county; several great nieces and one great nephew. Funeral
services will be conducted at ten o'clock Monday morning at the
Primitive Baptist church, East Lexington avenue, by Elder E.A.
Huchison. Burial will be in the Winchester cemetery.
