Will of Henry Terrell of Clark CO., KY & his son, George Terrell Contributed by Hallie Martinson, HDBM@aol.com Henry Terrell ~ In the name of God Amen I Henry Terrell of the County of Clark & State of Kentucky being of ~ disposing memory do hereby constetute and ordain this my last will & testament and hereby ~ revoking all others by me before made. Will ~ First I give all my estate of every kind whatsever to my beloved wife Mary Terrell for and during her natural life. Secondly at the death of my said wife I give and bequeath to my daughter Betsey One good bed and furniture to her and her heirs forever. Thirdly all the rest of my estate at the death of said wife I give and bequeath to my son George to him and his heirs forever. Fourthly I do hereby constitute and appoint my said son George my sole executor of this my last will.
