Early Carter County County Deed Transfers

There is an entry of a survey by Richard Graham, dated October 30, 1783, of 138,320 acres (Kentucky Book 3, Page 19).
A portion of this survey encompassed at least a part of northern Carter County.
The deed itself references the Ohio River, but subsequent transfers take place in several northeastern Kentucky counties.
Note also the June 16, 1784 survey of 27,000 acres on "Tygrets Creek"
