This indenture made and entered into this 15th day of April 1852
between George W. Denton and Mary Denton and Sarah Hunt
late Sarah Denton of the County of Randolph State of Indiana
of the first part and William Denton of the County of Bath and State of Kentucky
of the second part witnesseth that the said party of the first part for diners(?)
good reason and consideration and for the further consideraion of one dollar
to each of us in hand paid the recept which of is hereby acknowledged to
by these presents Bargain sell and convey to the party of the second part 
all our right title and interest as the heirs and Representatives of William
Denton Dec'd the following described track or parcel of land being part of
Williams Campbells survey which land was Claimed and held by
William Denton Dec'd and an assignment of a bond on William Hancock who
held Soecutors(?) half of said Campbells survey of said land and prem- 
ises lying and being in the County of Bath and being the plantation
where the party of the second part now lives and held and lelan(?)
imed by him and land land sold by him to William Mathews
Dec'd.and also the land and premises sold by him to Isaac Little 
as described in a agreement maid by them We of the first part 
warrant and defend to the said party of the second part his heirs 
and assigns for Ever from our Selves our heirs and all persons
claiming through or by us what Soever but from no other claims
whatever In testimony where of we have Let our hands and seals impression(?)
