I JOHN R CHAPMAN, of Glasgow, Barren County, Kentucky, being
of sound mind and disposing memory, and being aware of the uncertainties of
life and the certainty of death, do hereby publish, declare and ordain this
instrument as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any previous
testamentary dispositions made by me.
ITEM 1. I direct that my executrix, hereinafter named, shall first pay all of
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my death as shall be
convenient.
ITEM II. All of the rest, remainder and residue of my property, both real and
personal, wherever situated, I will, bequeath and devise unto my two children,
LORAINE SMITH, and ELIZABETH NORMAN, jointly
and equally, share and share alike, in fee simple absolute.
ITEM III. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint as executrix of this my
Last Will and Testament ELIZABETH NORMAN and request that she
be allowed to serve in that capacity without surety bond.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, witness my hand to this Last Will and Testament, this
30th day of August, 1979, at Glasgow, Kentucky.
