BARREN COUNTY SURVEYS

Abstracted from Old Surveys Barren County, Kentucky 1799-1835,
Edmund Rogers & Daniel Curd, by Vivian Rousseau and Sandra K. Gorin, (c)
1990. Posted here with permission.
Edmund Rogers, the Virginian who was sent into this area to lay out the land
that had been appropriated for the soldiers and officers of the Revolutionary War, kept all
his surveys in a huge book.
This information is taken from my book on the Edmund Rogers and Daniel Curd surveys (he the
county surveyor).
